We’re investing close to S$100 million to develop a new flagship self-storage facility in Kaki Bukit, Singapore, and to acquire three additional facilities in Tokyo, Japan — strengthening our presence in two of the region’s key markets.
The upcoming Singapore facility will be designed as our first Green Mark Super Low Energy self-storage building, featuring sustainable design, IoT integration, and specialised storage options including ambient and wine storage.
These milestones mark our continued commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer-focused storage solutions, as we work towards a S$2 billion portfolio by 2028.
